Position Title: Jr. Search Engine Optimization AnalystCompany OverviewLaverne Fintech is the Indian arm of Laverne Capital Pty Ltd, a well-established financial services company based in Australia. We specialize in providing financial planning, general insurance, home loans, and investment services to Australian clients. Ou team supports backend and client-facing operations across a range of financial products.Job Summary:Responsible for performing basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page updates, and content uploads. Supports link-building activities and assists in monitoring website performance through GSC and GA4.Key Responsibilities- Optimize website performance through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor ranking growth.- Plan, create, and manage Google, Meta, Linked In, and Facebook Ads campaigns.- Track and report campaign performance, traffic, leads, and ROI using analytics tools.- Design social media creatives, ad banners, and short-form video content (reels/shorts).- Manage Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile optimization.- Work closely with content, design, and tech teams, with good working knowledge of Word Press and PHP frameworks.requirements- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong creative skills are welcome).- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, and other editing/design tools.- Creative mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Job Timing:- Willingness to work in an early morning shift to align with Australian business hours (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST)Job Location:- Work From Office onlyCompensation and Benefits- Salary Range: ₹19,000 to 23,000 per monthAdditional Benefits:Health Insurance + PF⛽ Petrol Allowance + Punctuality Bonus
