In this role, you’ll work on process development, optimization, and scale-up of organic molecules. You’ll collaborate closely with our R&D and process teams to translate lab-scale reactions into scalable manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about chemistry, problem-solving, and building a strong career in industrial research.Key Requirements- B. Sc/ M.Sc in Organic Chemistry- 2–5 years work experience in R&D or Process Development- Relevant Industry BackgroundSkills and Responsibilities- Experience in process development, optimization, validation, and scale-up from lab to pilot scale.- Hands-on with air and moisture-sensitive reactions and chemicals.- Ability to plan and execute multiple reactions in parallel.- Skilled in isolation and purification techniques — distillation, crystallization, chromatography, etc.- Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and process impurities.- Proficient in analytical data interpretation using NMR, Mass, HPLC, GC, etc.- Good command of literature search tools such as SciFinder and Reaxys.- Ability to document experiments, observations, and results accurately in lab notebooks and technical reports.- Strict adherence to IP confidentiality and laboratory safety protocols.- Proactive in identifying and mitigating potential safety risks.Why Join Us?- Work in a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization redefining the Agrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals space.- Be part of a collaborative R&D team working on cutting-edge process development and scale-up projects.- Opportunity to learn from experienced scientists and industry leaders.- A role that offers end-to-end ownership — from lab bench to pilot plant.- Ideal for those looking to build a long-term career in industrial R&D with a focus on chemistry and process innovation.
