We believe in open-source development and delivering software that scales and succeeds. This is a full-time on-site role for a Upwork/Freelancer Platform Bid Specialist located in Gurugram. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing the bid process on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. This includes preparing and submitting bids, managing tender processes, and proposal writing. The specialist will also communicate effectively with potential clients, ensure timely submissions, and align proposals with clients' requirements. Experience with Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation Proficiency in Proposal Writing and Communication Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
