As we scale D2C, we’re doubling down on people, performance, and brand storytelling .The RoleShopify DeveloperLocation: In-Office preferred (Gurgaon), Remote may workExperience: 2–3 years (exceptional freshers with solid projects welcome)Engagement: Part-time (Full time available if you have CRO chops)Why Join Dr.WaterFastest growing D2C brand in the India -> US corridorFastest Growing Amazon Global Brands from IndiaSolve a real problem in the world and work on products that impact people's life tremendouslyLearn more here: RoleYou’ll own the end‑to‑end build, optimization, and evolution of our Shopify storefronts—so customers experience Dr. Water’s science and story with speed, clarity, and trust .What you’ll doPerformance & CROOptimize Core Web Vitals (image/CDN strategy, code‑splitting, lazy loading).Execute CRO experiments (Liquid + JSON templates) for PDPs, bundles, and landing pages.Develop & Maintain Shopify StoresRefactor existing themes for speed and accessibility.Write clean, modular Liquid for dynamic content, metafields, multi‑locale, and A/B testing on PDPs, cart, and checkout to lift CVR and AOV.Tech Support & TroubleshootingOwn QA for releases; debug theme/app conflicts; maintain clean codebase.CollaborationWork closely with a team of IITians, Artists, Ironman Athletes, and product folks to ship high‑impact features while most brands play safe.Participate in sprint planning; translate briefs into technical tasks and timelines.What you bringProven Shopify development experience with D2C BrandsStrong HTML/CSS/JS and JSON schemas .Familiarity with Shopify APIs and webhooks.Understanding of eCommerce best practices , SEO fundamentals, structured data, and accessibility.Clear communication, attention to detail, and a bias for shipping.Wants to join a Early Stage venture with strong traction, stellar team and a compelling vision.Nice to havesYou have worked on hypothesising, research, defining (writing a PRD) and implementation of CRO practises to increase conversion ratesComfort with CRO tools (Clarity, GA, VWO) and experiment design.Why Dr. WaterBuild the storefront of a science‑led wellness brand with real customer impact.Ownership & speed : small team, big outcomes, your code in production weekly.Learn from growth, brand, and product leaders; cross‑functional exposure .Competitive comp, fast learning culture, and room to grow.How to applyApplying via LinkedIn should be just fineOr If you want to fast trackEmail with:Subject: Shopify Developer – Your NameResume + past projects2–3 Shopify sites you’ve shippedA short note on one performance win you delivered (before/after metrics)If you love clean code, fast pages, and making complex things feel simple—let’s build the future of hydration together.
