Position Overview The Asst Manager Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's supply chain and procurement operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability of materials. The role involves vendor management, contract negotiations, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services at the best possible price, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock. Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to forecast demand and align procurement accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability practices. Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in supply chain processes. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain, procurement, or supply management roles. Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, and vendor management. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strategic planning & execution Vendor relationship management Risk management & compliance
