8 to 10 years of experience with integrated creative production as a Specialist designer in an agency or studio that specializes in serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
~ Experience working with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to conceptualize and develop visual narratives that meet business goals
~ Ability to ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and channel-specific specifications
~ Skills to create templates, design systems, and scalable design assets for recurring use
~ Capability to provide art direction support and offer design recommendations based on target audience and campaign objectives
~ Experience to review and refine assets developed by junior designers ; provide constructive feedback and quality assurance
~ Awareness to stay up to date with industry trends and proactively introduce innovative design formats, techniques, and tools
~ Ability to manage timelines and workload independently while collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teams
~ Willingness to participate in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviews as needed
~ Discipline to properly save files within our online server system
~ Precision to execute specific marked-up changes within the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites, and videos
~ Capacity to handle a high volume of projects from different clients
