Our open-source-powered platform enables businesses to do more with less — faster pipelines, smarter governance, and real-time insights at scale.  Role Overview   We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle while staying hands-on with technology. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep technical expertise across modern data platforms, full stack development, and cloud-native architectures.  Key Responsibilities   Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data, full stack, and DevOps disciplines.  Drive product development from architecture to deployment for our data platform.  Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align on roadmap and delivery.  Establish engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and reliability.  Design and implement data pipelines using Apache Airflow , Trino , Superset , and DataHub .  Oversee full stack development components that integrate data and visualization layers.  Manage cloud-native deployments on AWS , Azure , and GCP , with hands-on experience in Kubernetes .  Implement and manage MLOps workflows using MLflow and JupyterHub .  Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure adherence to performance and cost-efficiency goals.  Required Skills & Experience   5+ years of experience in software, full stack, or data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.  Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern data-engineering workflows.  Proficiency with open-source data stack: Apache Airflow, Trino, DataHub, Superset, JupyterHub, MLflow .  Solid understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes .  Proven experience in product development , from MVP to scalable deployment.  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.  What We Offer   Opportunity to shape and scale an AI-native data platform from the ground up.  Collaborative, growth-oriented culture focused on innovation and impact.  Competitive compensation, ESOP opportunities, and flexible work setup.
