Level - Senior Consultant Total experience - 6 - 10 years Location - Delhi Job Title: Java Developer Key Responsibilities: Core Java Development: Develop utilities and business logic in Core Java, ensuring a strong and efficient codebase. Spring Boot Development: Design and implement features using Spring Boot for backend services. Microservices Architecture: Develop applications using event-based microservices to improve scalability and performance. Database Design: Design and create efficient database tables for application use. Cloud Deployment: Build and deploy microservices into cloud environments. ORM Implementation: Implement Hibernate for Object-Relational Mapping (ORM). API Gateways: Work with API gateways, including the creation and management of publish/subscribe services. Unit Testing: Write unit tests for RESTful services to ensure code quality and reliability. Reusable Components: Implement reusable components and services to maintain scalability and reduce redundancy. Database Management: Create DDL/DML queries for Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. Experience & Skills Required: Experience: 6+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Core Java. Core Java Expertise: Very strong in Core Java and object-oriented programming. Spring Boot Development: Significant experience in implementing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. Microservices & Event-Based Architecture: Deep understanding and experience with microservices and event-driven architectures. Relational Databases: Strong experience with relational databases, preferably open-source DBs like PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc. Kafka & MQ: Solid experience working with Kafka and Message Queuing (MQ) technologies. Cloud Technologies: Expertise in cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Persistence Frameworks: Strong experience with persistence frameworks like OpenJPA or Hibernate. UI Frameworks (Optional): Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS is a plus. Technical Leadership: Proven work experience as a technical leader, capable of guiding and mentoring junior developers. API Gateway Experience: Experience working with API gateways to manage and scale API services. Legacy System Integration: Experience interfacing with legacy IT systems to integrate new services or functionalities.
