Project-based | 4 Months | Remote + Field Visits | Starts Late OctoberAt Balance Mental Space (BMS) , we are designing a system that meets people where they actually are.We’re currently developing a Group Support Therapy Model — an intervention designed to bring structured, evidence-based group support to community and institutional settings across India.To bring this vision to life, we’re inviting a Clinical Psychologist with both clinical expertise and research design skills to co-create this model with us.Role OverviewThis is not a typical therapy role — it’s a chance to co-develop a psychological product from concept to validation.You’ll collaborate directly with Deepak Gupta (Counselling Psychologist & Founder, BMS) to conceptualise, pilot, and publish a scalable group therapy framework that blends evidence-based psychology with Indian cultural contexts.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Model Development (First 15 Days)Co-create a theoretical group therapy model.Integrate evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, or mindfulness-based approaches)Develop structure, flow, and intervention tools & tests.B. Pilot & Data Collection (Next 3 Months)Guide implementation and supervise quality controlConduct data collection, analysis, and feedback reviewParticipate in onsite visits for quality verificationC.
