Job Location : Bangalore/Chennai Experience Level : 05-15 Years Role : Instrumentation Designer About: Técnicas Reunidas is a world leading international general contractor engaged in the engineering and construction of industrial facilities in the fields of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Energy Transition, Infrastructures and industries, etc.

Tecnicas Reunidas has worked and built all over the world, in 60 countries of the 5 continents.

Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following activities: Responsibilities Instrument/JB Modelling – SP3 D or PDS.

Cable Tray modeling including tray supports – SP3 D or PDS.

Trench and Duct Bank routing – SP3 D or PDS.

Preparation of Electronic Instrument Layout.

Preparation of Pneumatic Layout.

Preparation of main cable tray routing layout.

2 D extraction from 3 D model.

Wiring setup in SPI-INTools for instruments and control/safety systems.

Loop Diagram and Termination diagram in SPI.

Instrument segment diagrams (Foundation Fieldbus).

Instrument installation drawing.

Junction box schedule, cable schedule, drum schedule.

Control room cable routing and equipment layout.

Cable book diagram.

Bulk MTO (Cables, junction boxes, and hook-up items).

Hookup assignments is SPI and drawing generation.

Technical Skills & Requirements A recognized Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in the industry sectors of Oil and Gas, refinery, petrochemical Industry by involving in Instrumentation design, either 2 D/3 D model, wiring and hook-up activities.

SP3 D (Equipment/ Cable way/ Drawing Console) Smart Plant Review (SPR) SPI-INTools (Index/ Wiring/ Look / Hook-up/ Modules, Document Binder, Browser and EDE) Familiar with ASME, API, ISA and other industry related standards Auto Cad, Micro Station, PDS, PDMS, Navisworks, Microsoft office.

Shall be organized, motivated and a team worker.
