The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise across core HCM modules, strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud tools, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical componentsBuild integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, HSDL, OICDevelop custom reports, dashboards, and data conversionsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause analysis & resolutionCollaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and convert to technical designSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rolloutsEnsure secure development and adherence to Oracle Cloud best practicesParticipate in testing cycles including SIT & UAT supportRequired Skills5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical developmentHands-on with:HCM ExtractsHDL/HSDLBI Publisher Reports / OTBIOracle Integration Cloud (OIC / ICS / SOA)Fast Formulas (basic to advanced)Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting (any combination)Strong SQL, PL/SQL and debugging skillsExperience in data migration, reporting & security frameworkGood To HaveOracle HCM Cloud CertificationExperience with REST / SOAP Web ServicesExposure to Oracle VBCSKnowledge of HR business processesSoft SkillsStrong communication & analytical skillsClient-facing experienceAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsWhy Join UsWork on latest Oracle Cloud HCM implementation & enhancement projectsCareer growth through training & certification supportCollaborative and learning-focused culture
