Position: Luxury Real Estate Sales Representative
This role goes beyond traditional sales. You’ll lead client engagement, manage qualified leads, respond to inquiries, conduct immersive site visits, and collaborate with our marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage qualified leads from digital marketing and channel partners with prompt, insightful responses.
Conduct site visits to showcase Nurall’s luxury and wellness-focused lifestyle.
Maintain follow-ups with potential clients, fostering long-term engagement.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and engagement.
Stay informed on Nurall’s villa portfolio and trends in luxury real estate and sustainable design.
Benefits
Competitive salary: ₹55,000/month
Additional benefits: cell phone reimbursement, provident fund, lifestyle benefits, performance bonuses on sales.
Schedule & Setup
Full-time day shift, 6 days a week (Monday off/flexible)
In-person role at our site near Pondicherry/Auroville, Tamil Nadu.
Skills & Qualifications
Professional Skills: 3-4 years in real estate sales or client management, lead management, familiarity with CRM software, and luxury real estate trends.
Social & Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, client engagement skills, problem-solving.
Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, goal-driven.
