Key Responsibilities: • Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and dashboards. • Design and implement custom automation rules, scripts, and integrations. • Administer Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools. • Onboard/offboard users and enforce security best practices. • Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance. • Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and coordinate with Atlassian support. • Create and manage Jira reports, dashboards, and filters for teams. • Integrate Jira with third-party tools (Git Hub, CI/CD, Dev Ops, etc.). • Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and data migration tasks. • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and performance optimization. Qualifications Technical Skills: • 5+ years of experience in Jira administration , including custom workflows, fields, and automation. • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management). • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Experience with Jira automation rules, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Script Runner), and API integrations. • Knowledge of Jira Cloud administration, security configurations, and access management. • Familiarity with Dev Ops tools, CI/CD pipelines, and third-party integrations (Git Hub, Jenkins, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: • ACP-620 Jira Cloud certification (Mandatory). • Experience with cloud-based Jira (Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management). • Knowledge of REST API integrations, JSON, and scripting languages (Python, Groovy, or Java Script).
