Module Lead – QA Experience: 4-7 years Job Summary : As a Module Lead QA , He/She will be responsible for leading the QA efforts within a specific module or component of the software development lifecycle.

This includes defining test strategies, ensuring the quality of software deliveries, and mentoring junior QA team members.

He/She will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality software that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities: Write and Execute test cases and analyse results.

Review Test cases, try to improve quality of test cases (should be cover all QA area) Check performance issues.

Need to cover API Testing and DB Testing.

Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.

Involved in Deployment process.

Involved in Sprint planning.

Understanding of product domain is most critical to test (QA) different features.

Able to understand all areas of business domain Working with team on understanding requirements for different modules/features, discussing approaches of development with team to cover all test scenarios, working with Dev team for handling use cases, co-ordination to handle support tasks with remote team.

Take Ownership of assigned product.

Work as mentor for junior and other team members and make sure they follow all processes and standards.

Help them in day to day tasks and build strong team.

Collaborate with Developer Team to develop effective strategies and test plans.
