Dot Pe is seeking a talented Motion and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual aesthetic, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging content across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, presentations, and social media.
Design and produce high-quality graphics for websites, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
Edit and enhance video content with motion elements, transitions, and effects.
Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other designers to ensure a cohesive visual language.
Conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish, adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-7 years of professional experience in motion and graphic design.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design projects.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines., with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Canva), Dreamweaver, and Corel DRAW.
Creative Skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Time Management: Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
