Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our team and support the safe execution of oil & gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, safety, and environmental compliance and will play a key role in promoting a safety-first culture across all project phases.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 1 year experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations / production in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries.Must have a Bachelor Degree OR DiplomaMust have a NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent certificateAdditional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantageSkills and CompetenciesAbility to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workersAbility to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)Awareness of practical H2S control measures.Ability to conduct HSE inspectionsAbility to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation proceduresAbility to speak read and write English with good communication skills.For faster process of applications, candidates may directly apply to our careers portal
