Power Platform Technical Lead
Location: Hyderabad
About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned Power Platform Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of innovative, scalable solutions. As a key player, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, architect robust solutions, and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Design and architect complex Power Platform solutions, including Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages apps.
Development Excellence: Develop high-quality, reusable components and workflows, leveraging Power Automate to orchestrate seamless integrations.
Integration Mastery: Integrate with diverse systems, including databases, APIs, and cloud services (especially Azure), to create comprehensive solutions.
Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for optimal user experience.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and fine-tuning to ensure solutions meet the highest quality standards.
Process Optimization: Establish and maintain efficient ALM processes for seamless solution management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development and deployment
Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
Deep understanding of integration principles and APIs (RESTful, SOAP)
Solid foundation in C#, JavaScript, or SQL
Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI Builder and Azure AI models
Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics
Certification in Power Platform or Azure
