The Head of Finance and Accounts will lead and manage the entire financial operations of the Group .This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, cost control, taxation, compliance, audit, treasury management, and financial reporting. Strategic Financial Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to align treasury strategies with corporate objectives.

Provide insights on capital structure optimization, cost of capital, and investment opportunities.

Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, or divestiture.

Risk Management & Hedging:

Develop and execute strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and commodity exposures.

Utilize financial instruments such as forwards, options, and swaps to hedge against market volatilities.

Establish and maintain hedging policies in compliance with both Indian and U.Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to financial regulations, including RBI guidelines, FEMA, SOX, and U.Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for both Indian and U.Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, addressing any findings promptly.

Build and lead a high-performing treasury team across both regions.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between treasury functions in India and the U.CA with 10+ years of Experience.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or CPA are advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of Indian and U.S. financial regulations and treasury operations.

Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.

Ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and regulatory environments.
