About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional o9 Control Tower solutions to our clients. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of o9's platform and supply chain best practices to design, configure, and implement solutions that optimize our clients' supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Lead the design and implementation of o9 Control Tower solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure and customize the o9 platform to meet specific client needs, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of o9 solutions.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on o9's capabilities and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive solution adoption.
  • Project Management:
  • Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage project scope, risks, and issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Thought Leadership:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of supply chain planning and control tower solutions.
  • Share your expertise through contributions to internal knowledge bases, blog posts, or industry events.

Qualifications:

  • o9 Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, specifically with the o9 Control Tower module.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing o9 solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of o9's platform architecture, data model, and configuration options.
  • Supply Chain Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and execution roles, with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or inventory optimization.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with supply chain planning processes and methodologies, such as IBP and S&OE.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using tools such as Excel, IBPL, or other data analysis software.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
