Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key tasks include lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent proficiency in spoken Hindi and English mandatory (Marwari is a plus) Experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and lead generation Ability to demonstrate and present products or services effectively Analytical skills for identifying customer needs and potential market trends Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior sales experience, in any field (not just real estate), is a highly preferred
