SAEL Group has emerged with a bold vision of establishing world-class renewable assets spanning the solar and biomass sectors, with a steadfast commitment to ensuring stable profitability. We are utilizing agricultural waste as fuel to produce renewable power round the clock. We have the largest capacity of waste-to-energy generation. Already making strides in the renewable energy space, we aim to escalate our renewable capacity to 5 GW within the next 4-5 years by adding 100MW of new biomass and 600MW of new solar capacity annually. This ambitious endeavour aligns with the Government of India's vision to achieve 500 GW capacity from renewable energy sources by 2030. In addition to its overarching role, SAEL Industries is actively involved in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for the Group's upcoming renewable projects. Furthermore, it takes charge of the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities for both existing commissioned projects and those on the horizon. Through a comprehensive approach, SAEL Group is poised to make significant contributions to the Government's renewable energy targets, exemplifying our commitment to sustainable and impactful growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the MD in achieving his goals and driving the company's success. The Chief of Staff will serve as a key advisor to the MD, monitoring projects & initiatives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.


Responsibilities:

- Advise MD on business and provide support on key business issues

- Monitor cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the MD, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget

- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that information is shared effectively and decisions are made efficiently

- Prepare reports and presentations for the MD, summarizing key data and insights in a clear and concise manner; Develop communications for the Board, Company, and external meetings

- Serve as a liaison between the MD and other executives, ensuring that priorities are aligned and goals are met

- Manage special projects as assigned by the MD

- Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the strategic plan.

- Play an active role in the development of annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, comprehensive Skill Matrix, and Authorization


Qualifications:

  • CA /MBA with minimum 15 years of experience in Renewables/Energy/Manufacturing Industry
