We are seeking an experienced and highly motiva ted Data Scientist / AI Engi neer to work on cutting‑edge AI solutions in collaboration with leading business partners. The ideal candidate will design, build, deploy, and explain advanced machine learning models that drive measurable business outcomes while adhering to principles of Explainable and ResponsibleAI
Design, develop, and deploy advan ced AI/ML solut ions
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → deployment)
Work on LLM & RAG-based applicat ions and GenAI solutions
Implem ent Explainable & Responsible AI ( XAI) practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakehol ders
Proficienc y in Python & SQLHands-on
Experience with:Machine Learning & Traditional ML
ModelsLLMs, RAG Applications, GenA , AI
Strong understanding of statistics (regression, distributions, hypothesis testing)Experience working with large datasets
Experience in deploying model s as production-grade
Experience working in fast‑paced, agile, or research‑driven environments
Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices
Experience in agile/fast-paced environments
Exposu re to cloud & MLOps pra ctices
Chennai & Bangalore (Preference for Chenn ai)
