Drawing from the high-stakes world of DTH sales, you'll leverage proven methods to onboard and nurture local channel partners, installers, electricians, and RWAs as solar ambassadors—fueling our residential targets.This immediate opportunity (joining November 1st, 2025) offers ground-floor impact in a green tech boom.Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and onboard 15+ channel partners per quarter in your region, mirroring DTH dealer networks for rapid solar adoption.- Build and maintain high-touch relationships, providing training on 100% finance pitches, and ROI demos (105 units/KW/month generation).- Drive partner performance through incentives, co-branded campaigns, and field support—tracking conversions via CRM for 20%+ lead-to-install rates.- Collaborate with sales teams to localize strategies, resolve escalations, and expand into untapped housing societies.- Monitor regional metrics (e.g., partner revenue share) and report insights to optimize our North India footprint.Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 5 years in DTH sales (e.g., Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV), with hands-on expertise in channel partner development and regional network building.- Based in or deeply connected to Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, or Uttarakhand—familiarity with local ecosystems a must.- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets:- Channel Network Mastery: Proven ability to scout, train, and motivate 100+ partners, driving 2x YoY growth—like scaling DTH dealer territories.- Sales Funnel Expertise: Hands-on closing consumer deals with financing twists, achieving 15-20% conversion rates in competitive markets.- Regional Relationship Building: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for cultural nuances in North Indian business dynamics.What We Offer- Competitive CTC: Rs. 12-18 lakhs (base + incentives tied to partner activations).- Growth Path: Fast-track to Regional Head in 12 months, plus CSR impact (e.g., powering under-served homes).- Immediate Join: Start November 1st, 2025—be part of our 25MW FY26 milestone.If your DTH playbook is primed for solar disruption, send your resume and a quick note on your biggest channel win to us.
