Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location : PUNE, MAHARASHTRA.
About the Role: I'm looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to help streamline my day-to-day operations. As my assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting my practice, managing client calls, assisting with content creation for social media, and helping me stay organized. Your ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor will be key to helping me provide exceptional service to my clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management : Schedule and manage online client consultations, track follow-ups, and ensure all communications are timely and professional.
Social Media & Content Support : Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Help curate and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and engagement. Handling social media accounts, managing content team, managing posting calendar, and ensure smooth delivery of content.
Administrative Support : Organize daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage email correspondence. Handle data entry and ensure all client and business information is up-to-date.
Communication & Collaboration : Serve as a liaison between me and clients, ensuring that all questions, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly. Manage client intake forms, and assist with feedback or progress tracking.
Project Management : Help with ongoing projects (e.g., client programs, workshops, or eBooks) and ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
Other Miscellaneous Tasks : Assist with ad-hoc tasks, including research, travel planning, and personal errands as needed.

Who You Are:
Experience : 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, ideally with a background in nutrition, wellness, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Google Suite, social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Buffer), client management software, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and manage sensitive information.
Highly Organized : A self-starter who can prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Proactive and Resourceful : Able to anticipate needs, solve problems efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Passionate About Wellness : An interest in nutrition, health, and wellness is preferred, as it will help you understand the work I do and my client needs better.
