Position: Oracle HRMS Role: Senior Software Engineer Location: Offshore – Bangalore & Chennai Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days/30 Days Max Experience Level: 7+ Years Job Description: Education Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience) Experience Minimum 7 years of development and design experience in Oracle ERP with atleast one implementation in R12.2 Technically strong and functionally competent in Oracle ERP Technologies Minimum 3-4 Oracle ERP Implementations Technical Skills Expert in OA Framework, PL/SQL, Workflows and Report Builder and BI Publisher Intermediate skills in Oracle Forms, Shell Scripting and REST services Basic skills in Shell scripting Experience in Tools like SQL Developer, Oracle Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports, Postman, GitHub, Discoverer Excellent understanding of Oracle ERP Infrastructure, Architecture and Network Topology Ability to integrate multiple systems with ERP using various integration patterns and technologies Functional Skills Functionally hands on experience in HR Modules Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Performance, Compensation, Oracle Learning Excellent understanding of Data Model Ability to configure, test and support HR Modules Troubleshoot and Resolve assigned Problem tickets Soft Skills Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience. Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
