Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Upstream modules to lead solution design, implementation, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management (SIPM), and Ariba integration with SAP ERP systems.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Ariba Upstream modules including:- Sourcing- Contract Management- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP/SIPM)- Ariba Integration (CIG)- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.- Configure Ariba upstream modules to support strategic sourcing processes and compliance standards.- Drive solution design workshops, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.- Manage approval workflows, templates, document configurations, and supplier onboarding.- Support integration activities between Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA via CIG.- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.- Prepare training materials and provide user training sessions.- Ensure adherence to procurement best practices and governance policies.- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, suppliers, and IT teams.Required Skills & Qualifications- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Upstream modules.Strong expertise in:- Sourcing- Contracts- SLP / SIPM- Ariba Integration (CIG / PI / middleware)- Strong understanding of source-to-contract (S2 C) processes.- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.- Ability to create functional documents: BRD, FSD, test scripts, training guides.- Solid understanding of procurement processes and compliance.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
