This is a fully remote role requiring good communication, ownership, and the ability to work in an agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend (Python)- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django).- Build reusable backend modules, data access layers, and service integrations.- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for CRUD operations and query optimization.- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API endpoints.- Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code.Frontend (React)- Build responsive, user-friendly UI components using React.js.- Implement state management using Redux / Context API / Zustand.- Integrate REST APIs with React components and handle asynchronous UI flows.- Optimize UI performance, rendering workflows, and reusable components.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-responsive design.Full-Stack Responsibilities- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers on feature delivery.- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.- Debug issues across both frontend and backend components.- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and Agile methodologies.Required SkillsTechnical Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Python and one major web framework (FastAPI / Flask / Django).- Solid understanding of React.js, functional components, and hooks.- Experience integrating REST APIs end-to-end.- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and API debugging tools (Postman, Thunder Client).- Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.- Good communication and collaboration skills.
