The Role We're looking for a Support & Diagnosis Engineer to be the brain of our post-sales support . This is not just a support role, you'll own issues end-to-end, build trust with customers, and feed insights directly into our product roadmap , shaping the future of Nosh. Proper training will be provided. Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software. Take full ownership of support cases from report to closure. B.Tech degree (mandatory) in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields. ~0–4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles. ~ Excellent communication in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus). ~ Flexibility to work in 8-hour shifts . Hands-on debugging or field servicing experience. Structured training : we'll equip you with the tools and knowledge to succeed. Competitive compensation.
