Program Management: Plan, track, and manage execution of multiple AI initiatives; monitor risks and drive resolutions.
AI Content & Demo Curation: Curate and maintain a library of AI solutions, demos, and assets; Knowledge Management & Enablement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). Certifications in Program Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are desirable.
Experience: 12–16 years overall experience with at least 4–6 years in program/project management. Strong exposure to AI/ML, Data Science, or emerging tech programs. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with global teams.
Solid foundation in AI concepts (ML, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, model lifecycle). Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong program and portfolio management skills; excellent stakeholder management and executive communication; Passionate about AI adoption and organizational transformation.
