Job Description: US IT Recruiter & US Non - IT Recruiter(Onsite) Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad Positions: 4 Experience: 6 months to 3 years (strictly) Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and skilled US IT and non IT Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting talent for IT and Non-IT roles, with a focus on the US market. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles, including but not limited to: Data Scientists Data Analysts Data Engineers Cloud Engineers Manage recruitment for Non-IT roles in engineering and professional domains. Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback. Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate regular reports. Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 3 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies in the IT domain. Familiarity with technical and functional requirements in IT and Non-IT roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards. Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for IT domains such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud Engineering, etc. Exposure to Non-IT recruitment for engineering and professional roles.
