Job Description:Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Ui Path DeveloperIn this role, the developer will take part in RPA production bot maintenance, enhancement, and support activities for robotics solutions, meet the incident SLA, and work as per the defined support process & practices.ResponsibilitiesHands-on experience developing automations in Ui Path StudioFamiliarity with Ui Path Orchestrator for deploying, managing, and monitoring automationsProficiency in programming and scripting languages relevant to Ui Path (such as VB. NET and C#)Experience building, configuring, testing, and deploying Ui Path automation scripts/botsExperience using Ui Path Document Understanding and integrating document processing into automationsExposure to Ui Path Process Mining for process discovery and analysisSkills in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining existing Ui Path automationsAbility to create and maintain technical documentation and user guides specific to Ui Path solutionsFamiliarity with incident management and willingness to participate in 24/7 support rotationCollaborative mindset to work within a blended Ui Path-focused team and communicate progress/issues proactivelyStrong communication skills to collaborate with business users, IT, and managementRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) for all high and critical severity incidentsPerform RCA for recurring issues and propose a solution.Code fix if required to resolve the incident.Review system health periodically, like disk space, the capacity of a server, etc. and recommend a solutionKeep the support handbook and other documents updated.Update the knowledge base (Share Point or any location as mutually agreed with the Customer) and SOP with new solutionsQualifications we seek in youMinimum qualificationsExperience developing and testing software on a Windows platform, including hands-on programming experience in Process Automation Software—Ui PathUnderstanding of Robotics process automation tool Ui PathAbility to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with the hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.Ability to talk to the client and get the Business RequirementsPerforms code reviews. Communicates and enforces coding standardsCertification in leading RPA products, e.g., Ui Path, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism certificationsVB script and Macro experienceIncident managementFamiliarity with service management tools like JIRA and Service Now
