Strictly FOr Chennai People And Immediate Joiners Only Position: Technical Architect – MERN & AWS DevOps Company: V Accel AI Dynamics Pvt LtdLocation: TIDEL Park, Taramani, Chennai (On-site – Full Time)Experience: 8 – 12 yearsOpenings: 2Type: Full-time | On-site | Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout V Accel V Accel AI Dynamics Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing software and AI company delivering end-to-end SaaS, CRM, ERP, HRMS, FinTech, and custom enterprise solutions.We blend AI innovation + engineering excellence to build scalable systems deployed across cloud-native, multi-tenant, and automation-driven environments.Role Overview We are looking for two Technical Architects who are hands-on experts in MERN Stack & AWS DevOps .You will act as the technical anchor — collaborating directly with clients, understanding requirements, designing robust architectures, enforcing code quality, mentoring developers, and overseeing the full life cycle from development to deployment .Key Responsibilities Client & Requirement ManagementEngage directly with clients to capture business and technical needs.Convert requirements into architecture blueprints and implementation plans.Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end scalable MERN-based SaaS and enterprise applications.Architect microservices, APIs, and real-time data pipelines.Define reusable modules, coding guidelines, and security layers.Development LeadershipLead the team in development using React / Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB / PostgreSQL .Review code and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.Mentor junior developers and establish a strong engineering culture.AWS DevOps & DeploymentArchitect and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Manage AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudFront, VPC, Route 53 .Automate deployments using Docker, Terraform, Ansible .Ensure scalability, observability, and cost optimization.Quality & Delivery ExcellenceDrive end-to-end ownership of development, testing, staging, and production environments.Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance benchmarks.AI & Automation Readiness (Preferred)Collaborate with AI teams for RAG, LLM, and intelligent automation integration.Core Technical Skills MERN Stack (React.js / Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB / PostgreSQL)Advanced JavaScript / TypeScriptREST & GraphQL APIs | Microservices ArchitectureAWS Cloud (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, VPC)DevOps Tools – Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, AnsibleCI/CD Pipelines | Security Best Practices | Monitoring (CloudWatch, Grafana)System Design & Scalability ArchitectureStrong understanding of performance optimization and cost-effective cloud deploymentSoft Skills Excellent communication and client-handling skillsAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilityLeadership and mentoring skillsCommitment to delivery quality and process disciplineWhy Join V Accel Work with a visionary founder and next-gen AI engineering team.Opportunity to architect and launch enterprise SaaS and AI products.On-site team at TIDEL Park with state-of-the-art setup.Growth path towards Head of Engineering / CTO .Competitive salary + performance bonus.How to Apply Send your resume or LinkedIn profile to:
