Support the Scrum Master/Product Owner in managing customer expectations for deliverables, stakeholder communications, and establishing an effective project governance system. Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Work closely with the business team to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements (user stories). Validate user stories to confirm they meet overall business requirements. Required Skills Minimum 3 years as a Backend Developer. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Strong understanding and practical expertise. Experience with Relational and Non-Relational Databases, including Mongo DB and My SQL. Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, GIT, and JIRA. Experience developing JSON, SCP, Connect Direct, and Message Queues. Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity and use it to their advantage. Good to Have Background in banking or financial services. Knowledge of Camunda BPM for process automation. Experience in Dev Ops practices and tools.
