About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects across departments. The role involves working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation to closure.- Coordinate between stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure effective communication.- Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.- Prepare project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and performance summaries.- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as needed.- Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement activities.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and timelines.- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and project success rates.- Provide administrative and analytical support to project managers and leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Smartsheet).- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports or dashboards.Preferred Skills- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is an advantage.- Experience working in a cross-functional or global project environment.- Familiarity with budgeting, risk management, and change management.- Strong documentation and stakeholder management abilities.
