Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Postboy Studios, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our portfolio in the video production and creative services space. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue, secure new clients, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients across various industries, including entertainment, technology, advertising, and more.

Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring Postboy Studios is top-of-mind for video production and creative services.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals, working closely with the production and creative teams.

Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to position Postboy Studios as a leader in the video production space.

Proposal & Pitch Creation: Collaborate with the creative and production teams to prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations that align with client objectives and Postboy Studios’ capabilities.

Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining positive client relationships.

Networking & Partnerships: Represent Postboy Studios at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and establish new business relationships.

Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service offerings and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the creative or video production industry.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the video production, digital media, or entertainment industry is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Negotiation Skills: Experienced in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Self-Motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
