This role is initially on a probationary basis for three months, with a monthly stipend of 20,000 INR / Month. Following a successful evaluation period, a permanent position will be offered.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth. Analyze search trends, competition, and identify target keywords to optimize website content.
Optimize website pages (including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content) to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with target keywords and audience interests.
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.
Analyze and optimize website technical aspects, such as site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and crawlability to ensure search engines can easily index the website.
Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track website performance, analyze traffic patterns, and create regular reports with actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Regularly conduct SEO audits to assess and resolve on-page and off-page issues, ensuring the website remains optimized for search engines.
Work with the design and development teams to ensure that the website’s structure, layout, and content are user-friendly and align with SEO best practices.
Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
Work with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role.
Expertise in Google Analytics.
Familiarity with keyword research and management tools.
Experience with email campaigns and paid advertising.
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices.
Strong analytical skills.
BSc in Marketing or relevant diploma.
