Key Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the event team to understand the event's theme, objectives, and client requirements.
Create high-quality 3 D models and renders for event layouts, decor, stages, and other installations.
Translate concepts and ideas into realistic 3 D designs that can be easily understood and implemented by the production team.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative design ideas that enhance the overall event experience.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensure that all designs meet the budget, space, and safety requirements of the event.
Work closely with production, lighting, and set construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and accurately executed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3 D design and event decor.
Desired Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in 3 D Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a 3 D Designer, preferably within the events industry.
Proficient in 3 D design software such as 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Auto CAD, Blender, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and realistic rendering techniques.
Excellent creativity and visualisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
Knowledge of event setup, design limitations, and practical execution would be an advantage.
