Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at POSCIG Technologies. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience Required: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
- Location: Baner,Pune
- Timing - 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM
- Salary Bracket : Competitive salary in line with market standards.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners only (Within 10 Days)
- Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
- Work Mode: Onsite (5 days in-office) Compulsory Work From Office.
Responsibilities
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Execute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trends.
- Ability to source and attract top talent in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
