Responsibility- To provide high-level administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the Plant Head, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day plant management activities, effective communication between departments, and timely execution of key strategic and operational initiatives. Brief JR of the position-  EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS Most important requirement. Follow up skills she should have.  Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.  Good command over English.  Shorthand / fast typing speed / writing speed.  Manage the Plant Head’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.  Prepare and organize internal and external meetings, including MOM (Minutes of Meeting).  Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication on behalf of the Plant Head.  Draft and review official letters, circulars, and communications.  Act as a single point of contact between the Plant Head and department heads.  Track and follow up on key action points, project milestones, and management decisions.  Ensure timely submission of MIS, reports, and data from various departments.  Coordinate with corporate office teams on plant-related issues and initiatives Technical Skills Required Should be proficient in MS – Office, Presentation Skills Detail oriented, Organizing Skills, Time Management, Data Analysis, Strong Coordination and Follow Up skills Ability to stay calm and tactful under Pressure, Self-Motivated, process oriented Managerial/Other Skill Required Good communication skills & Interpersonal Skills Leadership Skills Excellent Team players
