We’re reimagining how product content gets created, enriched, validated, and syndicated across channels — from Shopify to Amazon, Walmart, Instagram, and TikTok Shop.Rather than layering AI onto legacy workflows, we’re building an agentic operating system where autonomous AI agents perform the work of entire content and operations teams — transforming how consumer brands and retailers go to market.We’re backed by leaders who’ve built platforms used by millions — and we’re ready to build the future of commerce infrastructure.⸻What You’ll DoAs our Founding AI Architect – Agentic Systems & Reasoning, you’ll lead the design and implementation of our generative AI, orchestration, and knowledge graph infrastructure — owning the systems that power Fegmo’s autonomous agentic stack.You will:• Lead development of AI agents for:• Attribute enrichment, taxonomy, and tagging• Channel-specific validation (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart)• Persona-based content and image generation• Insights, recommendations, and A/B testing• Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph• Design and evolve Fegmo’s knowledge graph connecting products, personas, attributes, media assets, campaigns, and validation rules• Implement hybrid reasoning pipelines across MySQL (structured data), vector DBs (e.g., Qdrant), and the knowledge graph for multi-hop queries and task planning• Work with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal models (e.g., DALL·E, Stability AI) for:• Image tagging, lifestyle imagery, video summaries, 360° views• Integrate performance feedback loops (CTR, conversion, A/B test results) into AI workflows• Mentor junior AI contributors and collaborate across product, backend, and frontend• Prototype fast, ship to production, and continuously improve based on usage and feedback⸻Who You Are• 5–8 years in AI/ML roles, with strong fundamentals in:• NLP, transformers, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and LLM integration• Python and the GenAI ecosystem (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.)• Multi-agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain agents, CrewAI, LangGraph)• Knowledge graph design, query languages (Cypher, SPARQL), and reasoning• 2+ years building GenAI-powered tools, with experience shipping to production• Familiar with MLOps and experimentation infrastructure (LangSmith, Vertex AI, SageMaker)• Comfortable mentoring others, working autonomously, and building 0-to-1 systems• Bonus: Exposure to commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), PIMs, DAMs, or API-based content pipelines⸻Why Join Fegmo?• Build foundational infrastructure in a breakout AI-native platform• Own end-to-end AI systems for reasoning, enrichment, and automation• Remote-first from anywhere in India with flexibility and high trust• Work with top-tier product and engineering leaders from Amazon, Adobe, and startups• Join us early with the opportunity to earn equity: grow your upside based on impact
