Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of industry experience with 5 years in product management
- Strong understanding of content management systems and web technologies
- Experience with web/ecommerce mandatory, preferably with hands-on experience
- Stays up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, specifically focusing on AI
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects successfully
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Ability to take business requirements and break down into requirements for maker type teams
- Familiarity with website personalization strategies and tools
- Experienced working in geographically distributed set-up
