While your core focus will be constructing robust, scalable Python-based backends, we value engineers who can look beyond the server-side code.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats: you should be proficient in containerization (Docker) to smooth out deployment pipelines and possess enough frontend savvy (Vue.js or React) to seamlessly integrate your APIs or tackle full-stack tickets when needed.Key Responsibilities Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code using Python and Django/Django REST Framework (DRF) .API Design: Architect RESTful APIs that serve as the backbone for our web and mobile applications, ensuring security and efficiency.Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) to support complex data models and high transaction volumes.DevOps & Deployment: Utilize Docker for containerization and assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth production deployments.Full-Stack Collaboration: Collaborate with frontend teams using Vue.js or React to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to PEP8 standards and best practices.System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions regarding server infrastructure, caching mechanisms (Redis), and asynchronous task queues (Celery).Required Qualifications (Must Haves) Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Backend Development specifically using Python and Django .API Proficiency: Strong experience building and documenting RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) .Database Skills: Solid understanding of Relational Databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), ORM, and query optimization.Asynchronous Tasks: Familiarity with task queues like Celery and message brokers (Redis/RabbitMQ).Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex issues across the stack and write clean, maintainable code.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves) DevOps Mindset: Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose . Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) or Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is a major plus.Frontend Fluency: Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js or React.js , enabling you to handle full-stack tasks.Web Servers: Familiarity with configuring Nginx or Gunicorn.GraphQL: Experience with Graphene-Django or similar GraphQL implementations.Soft Skills Proactive communication and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.Eagerness to learn new technologies and devops practices.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
