Location : Pondicherry

Job Description details

1. Marketing and Lead Generation

○ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and generate qualified leads.

○ Conduct daily cold calls, manage a pipeline, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

○ Maintain a structured 15-day sales and marketing cycle.

○ Trips to different places depending on the requirements or plans,

2. Operations Management

○ Plan and execute walk-in strategies, especially for targeted locations.

○ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, focusing on resource allocation and team efficiency.

○ Maintain good relationships with Suppliers and get the best least quotation possible, to give a competitive pricing to the clients.

○ Keep increasing the pipeline of Suppliers in order to have more in line as per requirement emergencies.

○ Preparing Sample Kits and arranging for sales meetings.

○ Testing all materials and purchased products and confirming Quality Check

○ Coordinate with Agencies and Developers for the Retail section and Website.

○ Prepare designs for any related document or needed file. Such as Catalog, visiting cards, Techpacks, Sample product tags etc.,

3. Client Management and Customization

○ Advise clients on material selection, branding options, and customizations based on their needs.

○ Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.

○ Make sure deliveries are properly organized and systematic. Be it Sample or Order.

○ Invoices to be provided as and when the transactions are completed.

4. Reporting and Analytics

○ Track sales performance and operational metrics to measure and improve efficiency.

○ Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.

○ Prepare Minutes of Meetings after every attended meeting.

○ Fill-Out a walk-in forma after completion of each session.

5. Collaboration and Communication

○ Work closely on cross-functional responsibilities, including production suppliers, sales clients and agencies, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

○ Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them updated on project progress.

6. Accounts and Finance

○ Maintain a regular schedule of meeting the finance and accounts team for any clarification

○ Coordinate with the accounts team for receiving and collecting of DC’s, DN’s, Inward bills and Outward bills for security tracking system.

○ Coordinate for payments, re-funds (if any), reimbursements, journal entries, ledgers and . Keeping in mind that Wednesdays are specified for payment approvals, and need to be cleared on that day, for the payments to happen on Fridays.

○ Provide Tax Invoices to the team when required, coordinating with the Suppliers.

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, and/or a related field

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or operations management .

● Salary: CTC 6 -7 LPA

● Skills:

○ Strong communication and client management skills

○ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

○ Analytical and problem-solving abilities

○ Experience in corporate or garment retail

○ MS Office - Proficient

○ Adobe - Proficient

○ Canva - Intermediate

○ Artificial Intelligence - Subject to usage.
