Role Overview As a Senior Associate – SAP SuccessFactors (RCM/ONB), you will analyze business requirements, design and configure Talent Acquisition modules, support integrations, perform testing, and provide ongoing support to clients. You’ll play a key role in driving successful cloud HR transformations using SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Key Responsibilities · Analyze business requirements and recommend effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions · Design, configure, and document SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules · Support integration and data-related functional specifications · Develop and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and assist in UAT · Provide application support, system testing, and end-user training · Collaborate with clients, participate in workshops, and lead documentation efforts · Support knowledge
