Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, events, and communications strategies. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that marketing projects are completed efficiently and align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, and print.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Content Creation:

  • Create and proofread content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.

Market Research:

  1. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Event Planning:

  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
  2. Manage logistics, including booking venues, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing event promotions.

Social Media Management:

  1. Manage and monitor company social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
  2. Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make improvements.

Email Marketing:

  1. Coordinate and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  2. Maintain and update email lists to ensure accuracy.

Brand Management:

  1. Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
  2. Support the team in maintaining a cohesive and strong brand presence across all platforms.

Administrative Support:

  1. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining project timelines.
  2. Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with budgeting.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, or vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships included).

  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based or hybrid work arrangement (depending on company policy).
