Role**: Salesforce Vlocity and LWC Senior Tech LeadRequired Technical Skill Set: Salesforce Vlocity and LWC Senior Tech LeadDesired Experience Range: 10 - 18 yrsNotice Period: Immediate to 90Days onlyLocation of Requirement: Pan IndiaWe are currently planning to do a Virtual InterviewJob Description:- 8+ year Vlocity experience- Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.- Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors- Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes- Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio- Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture- Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors- Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps- Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team- Good communication skills.- Vlocity certified.
