BU Consultants, located in Hyderabad, provides IT Managed Services, Business Solutions, and Offshore ITES Consultation to help clients adapt their business models for sustainable growth. We specialize in enabling entrepreneurs and organizations to thrive in the rapidly evolving customer landscape.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer/Architect based in PAN India. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently. They work as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to software applications or tools to optimally support changing business processes and policies. They will be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Client to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market.
· Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
· Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
· Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.
· Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
· Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
· 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design ( architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling ) of new and current systems.
· BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
· Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or Python .
· Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
· Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience with designing and building large-scale web services.
· Experience with service-oriented architecture.
· Experience with supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
· Proven results and a history of project delivery.
· Experience working with Agile engineering practices.
· 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
