Company DescriptionOur Clients are a premier financial technology solutions provider, helping businesses unlock easybank connectivity, seamless enterprise financial management, and business intelligence insights.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer Shifts:             Willingness to work in US shift timing on a rotational basis.Location:         Chennai (prefer candidates who are in Chennai)Joining:           Prefer to have the candidates onboarded in December.Working Conditions:This position will require on-call availability and rotational weekend schedule.Collaboration with global teams may require flexibility in working hours.Technical Skills:Windows Operating Systems – Server 2016, 2019Microsoft Office tools, Office 365Exposure to technology areas likeWindows OS such as Server 2016, Windows 10SQL ServerXMLHTTPS/SFTP/NetworkingTCP/IP NetworkingPGPCloud technologies/AWSJob Description:Work with IT team supporting a global 24x7 mission-critical production application environment.Work closely and coordinate with other Technology staff (SA, DBA, Network and Security).Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems.Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Support and maintain the underlying infrastructure with the global team.Monitor and escalate alertsIdentify and respond to support requests, and resolve issues/problems within the SLACollaborate with cross functional teams on application/process/network troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues within committed SLA.Follow established support processesAbility to interface effectively with all levels of management.Ability to document processes and procedures clearly and accurately.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT  2-4 years experience in a support environment with shift based workingSoft Skills:Clear communications (listening, oral and written communications)Be a team playerStrong collaboration skillsAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceAbility to follow processSelf-driven & proactiveAbility to learn quicklyAbility to work in varying shifts as neededAbility to multi-taskCustomer Service OrientationInterested candidates may please email the resume to sankaran@kbsconsultants.com
