Altudo is seeking a Principal Architect to serve as the India-based lead within the Chief Architect’s Office (CAO), playing a pivotal role in extending architectural leadership and ensuring excellence across the region. As the operational right hand of the Chief Architect during IST hours, you will blend leadership, execution, and deep technical expertise to uphold global standards, mentor regional architects, and drive strategic initiatives. This role demands not only the ability to support incident response and resolve real-time escalations, but also the foresight to translate them into lasting improvements—strengthening architectural quality and building future-ready capabilities across projects. Collaborate with the Chief Architect’s Office to provide extended architectural leadership and ensure seamless global continuity during IST hours. Act as the Chief Architect’s operational partner, ensuring seamless coverage, effective decision-making, and alignment with global standards. You will leverage expertise in Headless CMS, Cloud & DevOps, composable architectures and AI/automation-driven transformation to design and implement scalable, future-ready digital solutions. Provide architectural oversight and guidance across projects, ensuring best-in-class technical quality and scalability. Support incident response and translate escalations into long-term, sustainable improvements. A seasoned architect with 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and modern digital platforms. Proficient in Cloud & DevOps, microservices, composable DXP architectures, headless CMS, and AI/automation-led transformation. Strong expertise in modern CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentful, Optimizely, Content stack, and others. Experienced in incident management and governance, with the ability to resolve challenges swiftly and implement sustainable fixes. A mentor and influencer who empowers and uplifts regional architecture teams.
