Successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional team that will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle – from the conception to the deployment.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze the business requirements.Contribute to design and implementation of the overall application architecture.Create high level estimate for the release to understand the size of the projectContribute to sprint grooming, planning meetings and adding necessary detailsGuide the Team Technically and for problem solvingFollow and contribute to best practices both in terms of technology and processReview code of the developers to ensure adherence to best practices and correctness of implementationEnsure the delivery quality and timelines within sprints and releaseResearch emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plansImplementation of the user interfaceDesign and deployment of the database.Writing effective APIsSkillsMinimum 5 years of industry experience and skilled in below,Experience in conducting code reviewsFamiliarity with design patternsGood to have experience with designing and developing solutions for Azure/cloud.Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of Agile frameworks and ToolsBackend programming language & frameworks specifically C#, ASP .NET Core, Node.jsWeb fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQueryJavaScript frameworks such as React and AngularExperience with Microsoft SQL Server; Familiarity with Mongo or Cosmos DB is a plus.Experience developing REST APIsWorking knowledge in Python will be an advantageEducationBachelor’s or master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science or related fieldAbout vConstruct:vConstruct specializes in providing high quality Building Information Modeling, Lean Construction, Integrated Project Delivery and Software Solutions for global construction projects. vConstruct is a wholly owned subsidiary of DPR Construction, USA.
